Final Blog Post

In the ending of the book O'Brien uses lots of symbolism, and mentions his past girlfriend who died from cancer during his childhood. I didn't enjoy this part of the book that much compared to other parts, like when he talked about whether or not to skip the draft and flee to Canada. Overall I was satisfied with this book, and would recommend it for classes in the future to read. These book club meetings were fine, although it was really awkward being recorded, in our conversations. I think the talks would go much smoother, and be more in depth without being recorded. I do know there is no way to grade these, and i think a recording would go much better than having to write out lots of what happened in our books.
